请问用common-law申请团聚移民需要多久时间啊?如果请中介是否会缩短等待时间?如果等待期间护照签证过期有没有影响?谢谢!

There is no fix time for that, the normal waiting time is 6 months to 1 year,( provided all documents are fully submited) but I've seen cases as fast as 3 months or cases as slow as 18 months.
there is no difference whether you are applying by yourself or by a firm or a lawyer on the time elapsed, just follow the application forms and submit all the demanding documents once for all, thus avoiding delays on re-submitting missing or unsigned documents.
AND YOU MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT THROUGHOUT THE APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
If your passport is due to expire, better renew it before sending the application.:wink:
