Definitely. I learned a little theory about original buddhism, but never have a chance to practice meditation. I believe that "四念处" is the necessary and unique way leading to emancipation. I also want to go in May. Looking forward to your help.

去年我也是差不多那時候去的
很多在不同國家的家人朋友也因為我的經驗到它們附近的中心參加靜坐

英文不好的同學不用擔心
這個老師曾經去過台灣
她有中文的翻譯tape
我去年去參加都是在房間自己聽中文的帶子;)

我还没定，因为我暑假的整体时间安排还没定。报名处建议我先报2个，到时候看情况 cancel一个。你要是报的是May 17 - 28 的，我也就先选这个时间段。

希望老师的英文口音不要太严重。国内关于止观的书写的比较晦涩，据高手们说里面还有些概念错误。因为汉传止观融入了太多别的东西和不同人的体会。现在反而不少英文的是按阿含经直译的，比较通俗清楚。如果中文的是按南传老师讲课的录音写的，那就太好了！

基本上
那英文是一定聽不懂得
因為並不是中心的老師講課
是每日晚課由印度的老師錄影帶講課
有問題你可以問中心的老師
基本上我不認為太去鑽研於其他的想法
不知道你之前去過這個內觀中心嗎
什麼都不要想   沒什麼高手不高手的   聽懂最重要!
去了聽中文的就好了   翻譯的很基本通俗   
你一聽就知道都是很熟悉的文辭

我是報那一梯的
如果你是第一次去的話
衣服帶多一點    帶條毯子
很冷:p
