Application to this program is only available once a year in Fall semester.

How could you manage to get admission into the winter semester?

I don't know. I just checked the website of MLIS at that time, and found that they had a deadline for winter application. I went to the office and asked them. They then let me submit the application...

fruitgirl, did you give the TOEFL scores in your application? since the time is so limited, it seems not possible to get it before september.
