Your parents can buy internation travel insurance from AIA (America Insurance Agency) China Branch if there is a branch in the city where your parents live.

Here are two companyies offering medical insurance to visitors: Blue Cross and TrentHealth
You may check their website: www.bluecross.ca
www.trenthealth.com
You can buy insurance directly by calling their toll free phone number or you can buy insurance with their brockers.
The insurance premium depends on length of your parents' stay in Canada, and total coverage amount.
Personally, I suggest you Trenthealth than Blue Cross, for it offers you more flexible choices in coverage.

我父母刚用过Trent Health的保险. 买的是半年.因为我父亲60多了,保险费是9百多,母亲是6百多,好像是各保5万. 用过一次保险后,就不能renew了. 我母亲看过一次急疹,医院账单是700多元,他们给报了.不过去见医生事先要和他们打电话,得到一个号码.之后,要填一张claim表就好了. 另外,一般慢性病,他们都不管.
