Can I landing in Montreal from U.S.A?

I live in Boston now and I will landing in Montreal. I am not a CSQ. Can I landing in MOntreal? Thanks.

Yes, you can. But be careful, I've ever made a big mistake, the immigration office asked me to go back USA because I told her I want to stay in Montreal. One of my friend is going to land here from New York. Do you suggest to come here by car or by air? What's the suitable route from New York to Montreal? Which custom is good for landing?
