Hi

I landed in Montreal in July this year. I didn't make a "goods to follows list" when I arrived in Montreal. But now I really need something from China. Those stuff need to be done tax according to Canadian Taxation Regulartion. I don't know if I can still make up a "Godds to Follows" list or not.

登陆以后在做"goods to follows list" 已经晚了。
那个List在你报到的时候是向加拿大海关申明你还有一些物品，因为一次携带有困难，准备在登陆后陆续带到加拿大来。由于加拿大海关规定，新移民入境时所带的个人物品（除新购置的）给于免税。所以，海关将在那个List上加盖海关印章，等你日后再携带那些东西时予以免税。
而你已经登陆报到，现在再准备"goods to follows list" 已经没有意义了。
