你们好，在下有些问题要问，希望情况的能告知

本人是联邦移民，ontario省的居民，现在已经给我老婆

办好了团聚类移民（联邦）（从投档到北京使馆到通知去取

不到4个月），明年春天的前往加拿大，本人在

沈阳。我想和妻子登陆到montreal，我想让我老婆成为quebec居民，

尽管她申请的是联邦移民，但直接登陆quebec，呆3个月即可的条件我

清楚，我想让她读cofi，不知道行不行，能像正常的直接落地quebec的

联邦移民那样正常的拿cofi的补助么（480多）。而且我很关心

申请时候我签署的undertaking，担保我老婆十年不领取社会救助，但

那是对申请联邦的移民有效，但如果我老婆成了quebec的居民，是否

还受到这样的限制？是不是她和正常的quebec的居民一样享受领取

社会救助的权利，而不受当时我签署undertaking的限制？

而我如果想成为quebec的居民，是不是要连续住满一年以上，在这段期间

我的医疗怎么办？ontario省的医疗卡是不是要自己去注销？

现在真是后悔，真应该直接登陆quebec，想什么在toronto找工作的美梦。

2001后在加拿大百分之几的移民人能如此幸运阿？混吧！凑活着吧！

在montreal，我夫妇想单独租一个apartment，一间半的房子多少钱

在市区范围内，我指的不一定是downtown，交通便利就行，车票多少

钱，月票呢？

我本人（学士）计划申请concordia的master，关于工程类的推荐表有2项看不懂
