我直接申请联邦移民，2月21日寄去Buffalo所有材料和bank craft.
到现在还没有任何音讯。所以写信去使馆问。
到邮局去问，当时为了省几块钱，用了regular mail.结果回答说现在没有tracking number.we can do nothing for you. 去银行去问，说是支票并未提现。
使馆回信说没有我的申请记录。

请问各位是多久收到file no. 和reciept的？ 如果真的丢失了。。那可如何是好啊，里面有我的硕士毕业证书。。和在欧洲的无犯罪记录。很难开的。。

Thank you for your recent correspondence. We do not have a record of
your application in our office. Please note, permanent resident
applications are created in our database within twenty weeks of receipt.
Applications which are incomplete or which do not include the correct
fee are immediately returned to the sender at the address shown on the
application form.
