Shanghai to Montreal together

My parents will come from Shanghai to Montreal to visit us in March, or April or May. I am looking for some kind people to come together with them. They have no airplane experience and also can not understand foreign language. They have less luggage. Maybe they can help you to bring some material. It is best to take Northwest airline's Shanghai--Detroit--Montreal, but this is flexible.
