联邦移民登陆蒙城要CSQ?

紧急!!!我是联邦移民,5月25日从温哥华直接登陆蒙特利尔,听说现在移民局必须要CSQ( Certificate of Selection Quebec)文件,如果没有必须向魁省移民局申请,还必须在三周内向联邦移民局提交.

请问:情况属实么?我该怎么办呢?

似乎没有这种要求，因为加拿大法律规定永久居民有迁徙自由，可以定居到任何地方。我在前几个月来的时候，没有任何限制。

You can apply for medical card, SIN card!

我昨天刚登陆蒙城,申请的是多伦多登陆.请问我到哪里去申请SIN 和医疗卡?多谢.为什么移民官让我去多伦多办理呢?还要提供那里的住址.我怎么办?着急!!!!!

你的情况和我一样，但是我已经办理了SIN和医疗卡，就在蒙城办。
办理两个卡的地点，可以在这个网站上找到。
拿着护照、LP、和LEASE，立刻可以办理了。

I applied for federal immigration and just got permission. I will land Montreal because I will study there.Two questions. Hope you can give me suggestions. Thanks a lot.

1. Do I need to apply for CSQ to get Quebec Medicare card?

2. As`far as I know, in vancouver airport, I need to fill in some forms, including the landing place. does it matter which place I write?

If you tell immigration officer that you are going to QC,or an immigration officer thinks that you have the intention of going to QC when you arrive at the airport,she/he may ask you show your CSQ, if you dont have this one,you need to apply for CSQ at Immigration Quebec before Immigration Canada processes your landing case.
My friends just applied for CSQ last week and got it this week. 300$ for singal and 400$ for a couple,however this does not guarantee you will get CSQ even you pay,and aslo you need to prepare all documents Immigration Qebec requires.
But sometimes CSQ is useful when you have it!
Think about it.

but what if s/he has got federal immigration (before getting csq)?

if you really need the CSQ, you can still apply for it after you got federal imm. visa.But remember to give good /right answers to Imm. QC during your interview
