大概算吧, 反正我是把它当归入粗粮, 呵呵.
留着吧, 不要扔. 要不换个吃法, 做 oatmeal raisin cookies?
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups Oats
1-1/2 cups Raisins
1. CREAM butter, sugars, egg, water and vanilla together on medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy.
2. COMBINE flour, soda and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture, beating on low speed until blended. stir in oats and raisins.
3. DROP dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
4. PRESS flat for crisp cookies; leave mounded for chewy cookies.
5. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Don't overbake. MAKES ABOUT 30 COOKIES.
TIP: For a more decadent cookie, replace raisins with 1 cupchocolate chips.
