[加签] looking for agencies about applying F1 American visa

I am going to pursue ph.d in the States in fall. but so worried about visa application. Now I am a student in Montreal.
Is there anyone or agency here who can help with it?

Is it hard to apply for F1 visa in Montreal? It's really not easy to get it in China as I know.
Did anyone already get it here? or if there is anyone who got rejected?
