I want to apply my parents to immigrate to Canada for looking after my daughter. After filing tax return 2003, around March,2004 I will submit immigration application of my parents.Now the problum is that I hope my parents could apply visiter visa first, then during the period they apply,stay in Canada to help me. based on new rule,if they should take health examination in China?
Anyone know the detail procedure, could you give your experence to me?
