就说: 我想知道我的移民处理的结果,请务必告诉我尚缺什么,因为我的体检结果已经提交(不提日期),其他手续都齐全....

请教: 转Case的问题
<HR style="COLOR: #d1d1e1" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message --> 我身在Montreal,我的case很特别: Baffalo联邦技术移民, 2003年底告知background check, 可能今年11月在Baffalo面试. 但我今年6月将离开加拿大回中国. 到时恐怕很难拿到美国的签证.

请问我回中国后如收到Baffalo面试通知, 可否要求在中国境内面试? 或要求将我的Case转到北京或香港来重新排面试? 我担心Case转到中国后会重头开始, 那就遥遥无期了. 多谢!!!!!!

   Carefully check your immigration form, to look whether your all address including your relatives is right or not. Sometimes, Officers can not find someone to contact to check your information. Some reasons may belong to this. Forward forward to hearing your good news soon. I think you will be soon to receive your LP.

   I think you had better to stay Montreal to waite interview. If you go back China, you will lose a lot and many things will change. My friend met situation was same as you. He is luck, he do not tell officer of Baffloa about returning China, only place address in friend in Montreal. Then all stuffs about immigration was transferred to China by his friend when get them from Baffloa. Now He had got LP and send to China by friend. Maybe you can do it like this. I am not sure.
