which costco you found it? I went the one located in 300 bridge,but I didn't find it.

I MAY HAVE SEEN it in supermaket, not sure. Even if they sell it, I wouldn't buy it there. Even the ones from delicatessens on Mont Royal street arn't good.
A few times, friends gave me diff. varieties of Foie Gras, in cans directly from France. I may have seen similar cans + glass jars in Costco. I'm not sure about prices but definitely not cheap.
I think Sauternes is the traditional white wine to go with it. Sorry, can't help u much.
Not sure, might have been around x'mas or whatever, there were tasting.
U may want to wait till early Dec. when "everything for gifts" is out. Or u can call Costco and ask them over the phone. Think their stores and phone# listed on their website. Costco.ca or costco.com.
