In normal case, if anyone said he/she gets parent's VISA to USA IN MONTREAL recently, he/she is either a very lucky person (go go buy 649) or a cheater (but losing money to USA does no good for himself/herself, why do so?). / Z% V$ K d: {+ A& O, \

The travel agents here. They have seen a lot of the cases and so far NO successful cases. I guess they have no reason to lie to me as this type of answer gives them less business and customers. Of course, I wish they were wrong. The argument here is about fact, not about position.
