我要到我们公司的温哥华分部去工作,但是租房合同还未到期.不知道能不能就这么走人呢,实在不想交违约金呀.谁知道请告诉一声,谢了!

一个是等到政府廉价房，我们有个租客就是这样搬走的，但也要给房东一定的时间找新房客，具体多长时间我忘了（两年多前的事了，好象是一个月？）为此，我咨询了租房委员会，得到的答复是：这是法律规定，法律规定两种情况可以提前解约。这是其一。可笑的是，当时还是我建议他们去找政府补贴房，因为他们有五个孩子太吵，邻居时常有投诉，没想到他们一联系就找到了，把我给闪了，可幸的是，我在期限内找到了新房客。但因仓促不是很理想。他们找到一个六半几乎是免费的。

你应尽快与房租委员会联系，因为任何时候都不能无条件解约，只是可以在一定条件下提前而已。我不记得第二种情况是不是搬家外地，你可以咨询一下你这种情况应当如何办，因为你毕竟住不了了。

很难找, 律师可以帮你找到. 但收费挺高的. 在这里要告人须找到他, 这是原告的责任.

我已找到这个人的新地址。就在离我家不远的地方。请问他提前搬出，我该索赔多少？（下个月房子空， 也不知何时才有人来租房？哎！）
