[电脑] 关于3web的问题

最近在使用3Web时发现很容易断线,不知是我的电话线或MODEM有问题,还是3WEB的接入有问题。是否有人也遇到有类似的问题?

3web has been disabled for almost 2 weeks, anybody knows the problem? nobody takes the phone calls, nobody reply email rec'd , it seems that this company dispeared already. only left a web site and an phone number(which will never been connected)


I have prepaid 3 months fees, and use only one month and then is disabled. no high speed signal transferred from the phone line to the modem.

I called them last week, and wait 125 mins to be in the first of the waiting list, then sb took the phone and hung up immediately without any answer. that was really upset experience . :mad: :mad: :mad:

Any suggestion, please help.

I am using 3web service. I had similar situatation as you. It took hours to get client service. My problem is the bell cut my dryloop and they had to reorder it. But always have some reason to refuse to connect my dryloop. But for you, you do not know the problem. I suggest you keep calling them. When you make a call, just leave there. Do your other work at the same time, until you get first in the queue. And do not forget to ask them to make your compensation claim.

If you can not stand it, just skip them and use the others' service. As I know, they all rent bell service and serve you.

Is your 3web working now? I have the same problem. the dryloop is cut off and no high speed signal at all. it starts from Oct. 11, and I sent them email last friday , and no reply yet. I tried to call them and wait 135 mins to be the first in the queue, however, the line was hung up immediately after sb. took the phone. just like "unidotstar" has said, exactely same experience, really supprised, Did you talk with them successfully?

现在我想取消他们的服务,已经发了邮件和在网上取消,但是没有得到他们的确认信息,试图打服务热线,又接不通。怎么办呢?他们还会继续收我的月租费,情有经验的朋友介绍一下如何处理。
