I WILL MOVE TO OTTAWA VERY SOON. I HAVE A CAR AND I JUST GOT MY DRIVER LICIENCE IN AUGUST. I HEARD THAT THERE IS RESTRICTION IN ONTARIO ABOUT NEW DRIVER'S LICIENCE. DOES ANY ONE KNOW ABOUT THIS? I DON'T KNOW WHETHER I SHOULD TRANSFER MY DRIVER'S LICIENCE TO ONTARIO OR NOT.

ANY SUGGESTION IS WELCOME.
THANK YOU.
If you intend to live in Ontario, you MUST have an Ontario Driving licence. In any case, it is advantageous to list yourself as an Ontario resident. Taxes are lower in Ontario and you would qualify for Ontario Tax Credit.
