去年5月份递的联邦，大概9月份问出被background checking：
We have requested background information from other government
offices(s). Unfortunately, we cannot provide a date when the processing
of your application will be complete.


后来大概每2-3个月我发信问一次，几乎每次的答复都一样。不过最近一次他们给的答复稍微不同：
Your application is in queue for review. An exact review schedule is not yet available. However, all applications are reviewed in the order in which they were received. No further action is required by you at this time. We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a
minimum.

有人有类似经历吗？这是否表示他们已经从其它政府部门得到相关信息，我们的background checking已经结束，他们已经可以审理我的材料了呢？好命苦，都等了一年多了，啥时候是个头。。。

郁闷了，能否请大家看看这个是不是被背景调查了阿？

学生申请移民，7月底拿到CSQ，体检然后递联邦。九月底来信没收到体检结果，而且发现寄来的信里在我的婚姻状况栏有个错误，发信让他纠正并告知已体检。10月初收到信要求指纹识别，过几天等我指纹识别寄过去后，又收到信说不用指纹识别了，暂时不需要补充材料。
今天突然收到bufflo来的email（是我9月发的要它纠正错误的,后来一直没回，到今天才回）：
Dear Applicant,
We would like to thank you for your correspondence of 27 September in which you brought your concerns to our attention.
In response to your inquiry:  We have corrected your marital status.

We have received your medical results.  They are valid until 22 July 2009.

At this time, your application involves consultation with other visa offices, government departments or agencies. We will reply as soon as these consultations have been completed. We regret being unable to provide a specific time frame, but will reply as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

这是不是传说中的背景调查阿。。。。？

我后来发现我递的那张附属家属表中，忘记写家人名字的中文名字了，有没有必要给它重新发一张给它，通过传真可以吗？（上面需要签名）

不用的吧 那张表里只要求写自己的中文名字啊 你还能回忆起来其他一些可能被调查的疑点吗
