Your GMAT score needs to be balanced among parts, and your verbal better be over 80% pecentile. Take it once and do well, or they will average. You are competing with the Chinese applicants for about 20 spots there. Nothing is guaranteed.

GPA requirement for Chinese students are quite high too.

Better to have Canadian working experience before your apply. They discount things you did in China to some extent.

GMAT 720 won gurantee you anything. McGill pays a lot of attention to your GPA and Multi-int'l experience, either here or in China. Someone with 620 GMAT still got offer. Think about it.

Employment prospects. One I know got a job here with a pay around 55k.
