Two new PhD fellowships are available in London, ON, Canada.

Successful candidates will register as PhD students at the University of Western Ontario (Western). They will conduct cutting-edge research with leading researchers at GE Healthcare, Western, Robarts Research Institute, Lawson Health Research Institute, and London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) in the field of medical image analysis and visualization. They will gain opportunities to directly interact with radiologists for problem definition, solution development, and validation. <O:p


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:<O:p

We will consider graduate students with degrees from computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, medical biophysics or other engineering disciplines with an inter-disciplinary background in image processing and visualization, computer aided diagnosis, computer vision, pattern recognition, expert system or machine learning.
