找到对你有利的证据，去打官司。上小额法庭，你用不着请律师，自己辩护及举证就行了。大不了不过是赔3500及其他的一些费用，人活一口气。如果完全是你的错，就另当别论了。

以我的经历，老外的文化和我们有很多不同，有时候你好好和他们讲是没用的，他们脑子里有一种根深蒂固的东西，我们该用法律来保护自己。几年里，我被逼给不同的公司和人发过五六封信，也上小额法庭告过一家公司，每次我都赢了。近来，又遇上了完全不公平的对待，我一直在考虑去小额法庭过过招。人不犯我，我不犯人，人若犯我，我决饶不了，特别是对有些老外，他们的确欠揍。

why not check other tips here? or just look for some similar precedents?

file your case before the court of small claims. this is the best way.

the key points: how often u use materials of others? the time that Slush gives u is enough for u to correct your own wrongs?- stop using others' materials.

如果觉得有理就上法庭，尽量搜集证据，就算输了，长一智。
