If you have green card (Permenent residence card) , still needs visa? Why? I think if you have green card you can go back at any time, as your card still vailid. Hope I can get more information, Thanks.

also, if u guys left canada for more than 6 months already during the past 2 years then none of u can enter canada again without visa. :frown:

so make sure ur immigration status are still ok and give ur baby birth in canada ASAP if u still cares.

why u wanna make things so complicated? just give him birth in canada cuz u and ur husband r both chinese still....

if u can give ur child a birth in a canadian hospital here, then ur child can get canadian nationality right away as well as u, but for ur husband maybe he needs to wait a little. (max 2 years? i am not sure.)

so i suggest u guys make the wise decision ASAP and good luck.:wink:
