在常理上来讲应该是你得错，因为那是公车专用的停靠区。但公车倒车撞倒你是他的错，不过他想嫁祸给你的话，最后也就是判个一家一半的责任，如果不是很厉害就算了，要不给自己惹麻烦。在有就是要记住，以后要是想停靠在大体积的车后面的话，在停住的时候一定要在驾驶座内看到他的后视镜，这样他才能看到你。有心多留意留意路上跑的大货车，大货车后面一般都会写一些警示告语，其中的一句就是“you can see my mirror,i can see you”

只要不是重大事故是不用找警察，但事故双方但是一定要填事故报告，保险公司会根据报告判定是谁的责任。
车里一定要准备一份空白的事故报告。

报告倒是填了,但我还没决定是否要申报,我真的不想太麻烦,但我倒想把事情弄清楚,以防以后不再犯,

可以走，你只要不在公车专用线行驶或停靠，尤其是规定的高峰期时间段，只是转弯，不违法的。不知道你是否对downtown，st-mathieu于maisonnieu那个十字路口了解，那里就是经常会有右转车辆占着bus路，或挡住bus等右转车辆通过。

不知道你的用意何在，也许是好意，但是据我个人所知，就加拿大范围内，每个省保险理赔制度和公司的规定都不同，在安省可以向你说得这样，只有责任方保费上涨，责任方的保险公司赔偿一切费用。但是魁北克的公司，无论是谁责任都是自己公司培自己，所以就算不是自己的责任，保费还是多少会长一些的。抛去这些先不说，就事故纪录来讲吧，你可千万别说不会被记档阿。。。。哈哈哈

你算一下，警车后面是公车，公车后面是这位兄弟的车，他显然在那条线里行车了。转弯是允许的，但离路口那么远就在公车专用线里，怎么证明自己要转弯啊？转弯可以进入是"onto or off of ",not in the lane，去保险公司能把自己理清？

如果能画张图就好了,那条BLOCK有30米的距离,在这条BLOCK 中间有一条小巷,就是15米的样子,我在过了最后一个道口的同时就直接靠到最右道的公吧线,因为那里只能放一个车的位置,在我进入公吧线之前,警车和公吧车就已经停在那里了,我的车后面就是道口了,警车好象就在小巷的入口附近

感觉你离车太近了，而且这边本身公车就比校车差一个档次，都是装N多人的车，所以。。。。。。。。。。。我觉得责任至少很大半都是你吧，下次遇到这种情况先在距离1.5m的地方等等，也许会好点，好像笔试题目上有这么说吧
