[电脑] who can repair TV?

My TV suddenly refused to work, I checked the two fusses, they are there and fine, who can fix the problem for me? the symptom is no power on (neither by the cotroller nor the mannul botton )if you think you can,pls just reply this message and I will contact with you asap.
