dicussion again
u r right. this is a problem.
however, even we did not claim the part of bursary belonging to 2005, we also got a loss such as no claim on child's daycare compensation because total income in 2005 is zero.
and now , in 20006, we have to claim the 2 years income into one year 2006, the total income exceeds the low family incme level, which means we have to pay more tax to government.
comparing to the truth, in 2005, we should have gotten child daycare fee refund(part), but not. in 2006, we should not pay tax(or pay less) because our acutal income in 2006 is lower than the low family income tax level.
according to the true story, how can we do? why we should get a loss just because of the AFE's wrong tax slip? where can we claim our rights?
i think Eros's solution is a reasonable estimate, and the CRA should understand what is that.
hope continue discussion. |
