Question: How can I access and use the Sympatico Anti-Spam feature?

Answer: Sympatico members who qualify can activate the Sympatico Anti-Spam feature via GetEmail (Web access to your email). Login to GetEmail, then click the Options button, then click the Anti-Spam button and follow the directions.

The Sympatico Anti-Spam feature works in the background, on the Sympatico mail server. If you have additional email addresses, you must set your Anti-Spam choices separately for each email address.

Members who joined the Sympatico service after July 15, 2001 have this feature automatically turned on for their email address(es).

realman提到的anti-spam功能是针对用户收邮件设置的，和发没有关系。

不过bell的server没有限制发件人栏一定要是sympatico用户，这样的话，Y!Mail就没有问题了。

今天收到YAHOO的一封EMAIL说：

Effective April 24, 2002, Yahoo! Mail will no longer provide free POP3 Access or Auto Mail Forwarding to Yahoo! Delivers subscribers.

唉！其实YAHOO MAIL挺好的，没了POP3，失色不少，不过还可以接受。正如HOTMAIL，稳定，所以“我一直用她”

很多朋友一直用web来访问yahoo，yahoo取消free pop service对他们而言就没什么影响。

但是yahoo这么一做，和hotmail的优势就不明显或者不存在了。因为hotmail还支持OE POP(http)呢，我在担心hotmail很快也要收费了。

If YAHOO charge me the POP3, perhaps I will abandon it.The Hotmail will be the only choice. It is pity to leave YaHoo, also Yahoo will lose more and will be regret!
