[电脑] 哪位朋友帮一下,打印机问题

legendpc,pigeon,今天和你看樱花,各位高手真是好心肠,衷心谢过.你们的建议我一一试了,还是不行,驱动是XP自带的,新的驱动我也下了安装了,光盘上的老驱动系统不认,喷嘴我清理了,机器不会自检,按了POWER几秒没有自检,我只是文件的打印,不是信封和照片,默认颜色是彩色,换成黑色也不行.
LEGENDPC,我住VERDUN３街,离你远吗?无论如何都谢谢各位,实在不行只有买个新的打印机了.对了,各位的打印机在设备管理器中是否找得到?我的怎么没有,只有在"开始"--"打印机和传真"里才有.是否正常?
另外各位是否有装WINXP,怎么我老死机?CPU烫得可以烤肉了,是不是设置不对?

Is Power-On Self Test OK?
1. The power light comes on.
2. The carrier moves over the maintenance station two times and
seals the printheads.
3. The paper feed gears turn.
4. All motors stop and the power light stays on.

Please tell me your test result:

1. Turn the printer on
2. Be sure there is paper in the sheet feeder.
3. Press the power and paper feed buttons at the same time and
hold for approximately five seconds, until the test starts.
The test will run until the power button is depressed.
The first three lines are color print cartridge nozzle purge patterns.
The next line is a black print cartridge nozzle purge pattern.
These test patterns are used to verify all print cartridge nozzles are
working properly. There should be no breaks in the test patterns. A
break in the pattern indicates one or more nozzles are not working.

就是驱动软件的问题,在设备管理器中没有认可你的打印驱动:点击属性,升级驱动程序

同时按下两个按钮,机器果然自检,然后不停的打印,出来的还是白纸,我又试着用WIRD和写字板打印文档,出来的还是白纸,不知我做对否?是否还有其它建议,谢谢!

我的打印机打印出来的也是白纸，好想是墨盒空了。在网上查到一些卖墨盒的，不是太贵。不知是否换了墨盒以后还是打出白纸。各位是否有买墨盒的经验。inkjet cartridge 不会是只有墨盒不带墨吧。谢谢！
