各位在国内有房子的都申报了海外资产吗？

现在如果不申报，以后加拿大政府会作为你的收入。那个时候税就重了。

加拿大税法中有条 principle residence说, any realized capital gain on principle residence is non taxable, 所以回家多看点harrypotter 去,别瞎上网.

cash is non taxable, you have to declear it, but there's no tax whatsoever.
