i did everything Leoking said below.
As for the missing files,i didn't write them down.
Becoz i didn't foresee so much trouble.
After format and fdisk,i would say there is no possiblity that it has virus on it right now.

i doult it could be a hardware problem. You guys agree with me ? Any other ways to check and exclude the software problem?

I agree with you that's a hardware problem, but I think this
this more like a compatibility issue than a defect.

I think you should go the notebook's vendor's web site to
look for the driver. Usually, the system manufacturers use
OEM parts to assembly the system, which generate more
problems because the system manufacturers need further refine
the driver to suit the system.

This is why I never buy the whole system instead of brandnamed
parts. But it's not your case, unfortunately. This is bit off
topic anyway.

I think you have to go a workaround.
You need to have a simply installation preferred a windows2k
since it is more recently than 98/ME and more stable than XP.
After you have this simpler installation, focus on the driver
for the Creative sound chip. I suggest you go to the vendors'
site at this time to look for. As I said, the driver for the
system is more specific than those generic driver from MS,
which might solve you problem.

Actually i tried to download and install the newest driver from Creative website. It doesn't work either.
The next thing I would do,like what you said,is to install the windows ME. And that would be the last thing I can resort to.
