邻居家着火，殃及我家。目前，我家已无法住人，急问，我们是否可终止租约，停止电费等合同。因我们必须马上搬家。这种情况下，如我们中止合同，我们承担何种责任。

usually, if he can not provide you the place within reasonable time, you can ask to cancel, and I think he will have no choice but to accept. plus, after renovate, if you come back, he receive same rent. if you don't come back. he can ask for higher price because of renovation...

anyway do not worry to much. try to fucus on the most important things first....
