关于IBM鼠标的橡皮头，记得有位同事曾经说得还挺逗的：It's all about imagination! To me it's like women's hardened nipple!    可谓青菜豆腐各有所爱吧。

Actually now all IBM laptops are equipped with both the 'pacifier' and touch pad, so the red knob just became supplemental facility! And to be more convenient when working on desk, i always plug my wireless optical mouse in.
IBM's not bad at all if disregard the firm price tag.  wink

Dell's is not good as its desktop.

IMO, buy IBM ThinkPad T series or Apple's PowerBook, I had Dell, Apple and IBM, and found IBM has best quality and Apple's too, Dell is crappy. IBM's service is best in North American, it comes with 3-years warranty. Apple and Dell have one year by default, you have to pay extra if you need. I have to fix Dell's keyboard by myself right now  frown
