我的邻居要卖房，就在15号公路旁边，交通很方便，后院有地上游泳池，现在随时可以看房。
我的目的可不是帮他打广告，只是想找个同胞作邻居。

i know there is a school nearby and metro, iga, maxi, jean-coutu, canadian-tire very close by. Anyone intereted should call the agent. Her name is Sonia, I dealt with her several times for my house. She is very nice. But if you call, please do not metion my post because I don't like my neighbour and I don't want him to know.

btw, they did an open house last sunday, so if you want to take a look, you'd better do it quick.

I think the basement is finished, but the driveway and walkway are not finished yet.

the area is St-Rose. very close to highway 15, and on the way to laval, there is a lane for carpool only, so if you have 2 people in the car everyday. it doesn't take long to go home. but somedays in the morning, the traffice is not so great if you are heading downtown.

Anyway, like I said, this is not an ad. So do you own research before you make any decisions.
