jxsimon说的对呀，win2000采用Unicode编码，本身就可以阅读各种语言，如果你只是需要一个方便的输入法的话，没必要用Richwin,太大了。

可是我在"Region"区域里设定了中国,又在"输入法"里加入了中文,当我选择了"输入法"为中文后,还是没法激活中文输入,是用"Ctrl+Alt"键激活中文输入么?

你的英文平台里有没有装中文字库啊？？就是FONT里？如果里面全是英文，它是整不出来中文的。

if you are using win2000, here is how: start, settings, control panel, regional option. chose input locales tab, then click add. at input locale dropdown box, select Chinese (PRC), at keybord layout/IME dropdown box, select Chinese(simplified)-QuanPing if you want to use pingying input.
click ok, ok.
now at your system tray, there will be an additional icon showing EN, left click on it, slect the pingying, voila!
by the way, i went to that website to download the richwin2000, guess what? it crushed my system and corrupted my OS, i end up with reinstall the window... what a bad day!

Thanks, assman. I will try. But I remember when I click "CN", no input panel pop up which let me to input PinYing.

the tab you chose at the regional setting should be at the input locales, not the general tab. click add, then chose chinese(prc)and pingying.
must work.
