a poor man

I am a poor man because I live here in Montreal but familly in China. So I use phone card very often to communicate with my family.

Recently I bought a card name "Top", it says no connection fee and you can spend 120 minutes for a $5 card.

I think, not too bad, and bought one to try.
I am stupid to use it to call Canada and USA a few times and just found the credit on the account running down too fast!

I checked with the company and was informed that
each call we have to pay C$0.4-0.6 for surcharge.
No where mentioned this charge. The Customer Service guy told me nicely this is how they make money.

I would tell my Chinese fellows not to use this TOP phone card because they are cheating us.

I am a poor man but hope this will help you from being as poor as me.
