[加签] 急问：想申请美国Visa，但本人刚毕业，还没找到工作，是不是被拒签的可能性很大？

本人想申请美国的旅游签证，以前曾成功获得签证两次，但那时是学生，学校出了证明信，证明我是Full-time student。但现在已经毕业了。想在找工作之前，去美国探望一下亲戚，不然等找到工作后，怕是没时间去了。本人是Landed immigrant，刚 langing 不久，以前是国际留学生。

听人说，如果毕业了，又没有工作，被拒签的可能性很大。是真的吗？有没有什么好的方法，可以提高获签率的？

我跟楼主的情况一样，我有过三个签证了，但现在也是怕被拒，不敢去签。我才登陆一个多月，听说要半年。有没朋友了解这样情况的。楼主如果去签证了，通知下啊。

America H1 visa was so limited and quota was full since last year, U.S visa officer will not worry you can use B1/B2 switching to most possible H1 working visa after enter, so I think it is good time to have the B1/B2 visa even you have not got the job after ceremony in this year, they will not think you result the immigrant tendency anyway,
just be a little carefully to state the reason visiting U.S. should be OK to have the visa, at least you can have a one year entry visa instead of 10 year finally.

很有可能被据签，看签证官的心情了。

我觉得最好是找到工作了，然后去签证。要不他们以为你会去美国找工作。
