以下是一个Russian学生回我的出租特大4 1/2的 e-mail:

I intend coming to study human relation but I am considering switching to basic law.

I am a Russian citizen by birth, but my both parents are late and I am under the care of my step mum. The main reason why I am leaving for good is to let peace rein in the house that is why my uncle took the responsibility to sponsor me.

I will suggest you send my uncle email right away to tell him the estimate of the rent and utilities, I have told him already about my enquiries.

Do get back to me and let me know what my uncle says about it.

She already told me about it and I have been looking forward to hearing from you, I will like you to tell me a few things about yourself so as to allow me know the kind of person my little niece would be staying with cos I really want her to leave with a kind of person that would not make her feel bad in any way.

I will not be staying with her I am just a concern uncle cos she has lived with me for three years (3yrs) before the parent died, I will like you to see what you can do, I will prefer a private house where she won't have to go through the protocol of filling any form.

Also, I will like you to give me the total cost of the apartment for a period of 3 months, she will be staying for 12 months but I will be paying for 3 months after which she would complete the balance of the money when she must have arrived there.

So, I will like you to confirm to me how best you will want the money sent to you.

Thanks for your swift response, I will ask my secretary to start with the preparation of the cheque, as soon as possible. There is no problem with the amount I will pay just for my little niece to be happy in life again cos she has pass through what a young girl should not pass in the hand of her step mother and her step brothers.

I will send you the sum of $10, 500; i would like you to do me a favour, by sending the balance of this payment via western union money transfer back to my niece in Russia. because i am issuing $1,590  for her house rent and $1,500 for her air ticket and $3,000 for her to complete her school registration $1,000 for her textbooks and  feeding allowance and the rest she will keep for herself.

I would have sent the fund directly to her, but she has no bank account, I urge you to please help me help her situation because she will  be new to your environment, let me know if you are okay with this arrangement so that i can quickly issue out the money postal express to your address immediately you send it to me.

I will like you to reconfirm to me your full contact address and direct phone number where you will want the funds to be delivered to.
