blueheart, a bit confused, what kind of skin do you have? combination or sensitive? biotherm biopur line is good for combination to oily skin. well, if your T-zone is quite oily while the cheek is sensitive, probably you have to take special care for both. biopur(blue) and the pink line (don't remember the name).

purple crystal, loose powder brush, laura messier has good reputation. stila and bobby brown should be good too. but there's no stila makeup in montreal. as for less expensive lines, try MAC, Cargo and Make up forever. personally i like Anna Sui loose powder brush, so gentle and comfortable. but Richele doesn't recommend it, i didn't buy. i'm looking for a nice portable loose powder brush too. would take look at Laura Messier and Bobby brown.
as for your breakout on forehead, try some acne control DD. nothing is impressive enough to recommend. you know there's drug store lines such as Clean & Clear, Neutrogena... and department store lines, such as Clinique, Biotherm, Lancome, Guerlain, Clarins, Shishedo... you also need oil control DD, i don't like Clinique's. Lancome's is not much better though. last weekend, tried Shishedo Pureness matify stick. felt like it, probably would buy one. Guerlain's matiday is a well-known oily control daily moisturizer. anyway you have to put effort in cleansing. apply clay mask twice a week, scrub once or twice a week. find good cleanser and toner. try all the ways to purify your skin.

Amy, thanks for your sample. i applied origins' mask(the dark one) last sunday. felt so so. the pores were not really purified. it didn't tone or moisturize or refine my complexion either. you know, compared with Borghese mask, it's kind of disappoting. i don't recommend purchasing it. will try EL mask this weekend and let you know.

I have the shiseido matifying stick, I think it can conceal the oil on your face, make it not shine that much, but later, the oil will certainly come out and your have to apply again....

For those JJ & MM who have acne problems. I recommend Proactiv Solutions. I have used their products for two months. Everybody knows me, including myself, can see that my face is cleaning up. It is not sold in any stores. You have to order it either online www.proactiv.com or by phone (you may find the phone number on their web site.) Usually you will order the basic package first with three products inside, cleanser, toner and treatment lotion. They will send you a free sample of mask and a catelog. If you find it good, you can order more products in their catelog. The price for the basic package is about $70 CDN, plus you will probably have to pay a little bit less than $15 for the customs, as the company is in the States. Good Luck
