谢谢蓝和冬青，其实我也感觉皮肤问题首先是身体内部的问题在表象的反映，比如前几天天气特别热，豆就出得厉害，这两天天气好些，豆就出得少些，可见是身体不适应外界变化。另，睡眠不好时，皮肤也会出豆和有皱，象买了便宜橙子        。所以现在呀，每天争取休息好，饮食不油腻，不偏食，常运动，多喝水，这不仅是美容的需要，更是健康的需要，年轻的妹妹们，再长点年纪就知道啦！唉，谁让咱已经是老女人了呢！（朋友儿子曰）      wink

Has anyone used SHISEIDO's Bio-performance Advanced Super Revitalizer($86)? I had used it when I was 24 years old( a friend sent it to me), it 's good, but now I am over 30, does it still good enough to use for anti-age?

I got a brochure at La baie, they have another product Bio-performance Intensive Clarifying Essence, anybody used it before? is that good?

Please give me some advise, since this line of product is pretty expensive. Thank you inadvance.
