不知道你有没有使用眼霜的习惯，女孩子从25岁起就一定要使用眼霜了，否则到30岁会有难以挽回的皱纹。眼角皱纹和面部习惯有着直接的关系。皱眉、眯眼、托腮等不良面部习惯会迅速加重皱纹生成。干性皮肤更要特别注意保养。欧泊莱基本上还可以，使用效果稍差。你可以试试其他品牌，如ESTEE LAUDER，LANCOME，ARDEN，超市里你可以选择旁氏和BIORE，OLAY也可以考虑选择使用。

中文“精华素”一词函盖的意义比较广泛，凡是concentrated 以后的，以达到滋养抗衰老目的的皮肤护理产品（通常为液态）都可以叫精华素。SERUM严格意义上来讲，是指从动植物体内或以其为原料加工提炼的液态保养品。如从某些植物花或叶中提炼的essential oil,从某些动物体内提炼的血清或酶。前者以CLARINS为著名，其化妆品均含植物提取物，后者以CHANEL为著名，有各类血清抗衰老制剂。由于SERUM和精华素的生产工艺和使用目的都是相同的，所以你可以把这两个名字理解成一种东西。
由于眼部皮肤极为娇嫩，所以不宜把精华素直接涂在眼睛周围，而应该在使用眼霜的基础上，把它涂在眼睛外围。即便精华素是所谓纯植物提取的，它也需要化学稳定剂或防腐剂来保证溶液的稳定性，所以它或多或少的对皮肤有刺激。

Cetaphil is a good product when mildness matters most. It's always recommended by the Dermatologists to solve allergy problems. Cetaphil only have two kinds of products: cleansers and moisturizers. I am not sure if Montreal has body shop. It's not expensive but have many well-known good products.

there is a body shop in st-catherine street.it's opposite eaton, but you should walk about 3-5mins,sorry I forgot the number of it. be open you eyes bigger since the door of it is small.
and I also found Aveda in st-catherine street!the number is 880west st-catherine.the prices are so so.
I study now and sometimes I can't sleep well, so I bought the aroma diffuser oil in Aveda, and It works!and the hair products are very popular, the smell is good. if you have scalp problem, it's really useful. but the price in here is high in comparision with its in H.K.
I just used cellex-c eye coutour gel for two days, I also waiting for the result.( no matter the main effect or second-effect)just kidding!
I want to share all my skincare experience and want to get some good advice.

看了你的关于化妆品的介绍,受益颇多,想请教哪里有SISLEY的护肤品卖, 这是我在使用的牌子,比LANCOME 好些,只是更贵.不知道你是否知道这个牌子,它比SKII
的效果哪个更好(法语键盘,问号不止如何KEYIN).
