If you live in Montreal, you can buy a package of Pureness cleansing foam from Shiseido.
It costs $27, you get a regular cleasing foam, a CD case and some samples in that blue case.
Please note it's a new product for the Pureness line. The old pureness cleasing foam $24 is discontinued.
Also you may try the matifying fluid in pureness line to help control oil. It's terrific!

Don't worry about the dry wheather here in Montreal. Actually, it's much more humid here than in north China, almost the same humidity as in Japan.
The thing you should care about is the balance of your skin. You are using correct skin care routines. Keep going, I don't know your age, but you can always apply some oil-control product on your T-zone. Meanwhile don't forget to balance your skin with toner or softener. It helps a lot.

As to where to buy the products is more economical. I really have no idea about that, Please rely on your own discretion.
