I tried both for lunch this summer.
I found the choices and quality of La Stanza
slightly better, or more specifically,
suitable to my taste.
The place is also kept cleaner, tidier.

The Vichy restaurant that I visited
is near Place Vertu, not the one in La Salle,
so it probably is different.

Both La Stanza and Vichy are not good, but comparing to McDonald or BK, they are much better since you can have at least some healthy food there for not a bad price, though I have to say, forget about the taste.

Fankly, I think the buffet of Casino is really not bad, far better than the aboves. But just don't go there and lose 200 dollars at the same time. especially don't eat after the game. I don't know, maybe some psyco like that way.

Last night, on some radio, one said, when feeling bad, some people kill themselves, some people go shopping, some people eat.....

But at Xmas time, if you don't fell good and choose to eat, don't go buffet.
