ok, i am not using my computer, so i can not put chinese right now.
some suggestions for you
i mix 1 cup of starch into 1 cup of cold water, then mix into 5 cups of water. of course, this measurement is not the same if you use different kind of starch, such as sweet potato starch.
boil ur starch water to make sure it is cooked, and get a chopsticks or something keep stirring until it is done. watch out the "pao pao".
how do u know it is cooked? the starch get "semi- see though"(ban tou ming)
then leave the pot in cold water to cool down, and use a sharp small knife to cut around the pot, tune over, ur starch jelly is done. |
