按照新的移民法，每次回国逗留的时间最长可以多久？
能否超过半年，如果超过回加的时候入境会不会有问题？

按新移民法保持加拿大居民身份的必要条件是：每五年中，有两年的时间是在加拿大居住。而不象旧移民法规定的那样：每一年中，要有183天（半年）时间在加拿大居住。

我今天打电话问了移民局，他说只要五年内住够两年就可以保持居民身份，可听人说有人还是被拒绝入关，真搞不懂！

按照sally 的说法,任何新移民短登回国再回加时都有问题,但好象网上无新移民短登回国再回加时(半年以内)被拒的帖子.
我五月登陆,计划6月底回国,11月底回加,会有问题吗?
另:中国出关时凭护照和枫叶卡就可以了吗?
