Hi, everyone:

The following are pictures of Qingrui He and Enza Martucelli, two fraud criminals still on the loose on the island of Montreal (send by attachment).

Qingrui He--Quebec Civil Superior Court is searching him for damages since he escaped from year 2000;

Enza Martucelli--Quebec Criminal Court granted a order in 1999 for sentence and arrest order since she escaped from 1999 again.

Make sure do not let them defraud you.
