Hi, everyone:

I just back from Quebec Superior court with the case against Montreal General Hospital and doctor regrading my late wife death--neigligent, unbelieveable delay for three degree traume injury especially without my permission put an order to let her die although we just had an agreement the day before.

Although I made my presentation for trial--my motion attached with our Chinese community support letter mentioned that I am been a victim with different of issues, and I got my Legal Aid urgent Revision date to get my medical experitse support before she grant her decision; the judge still doesn't want to listen my explanation that I mentioned to her many times I am ready for trial start with civil matter, and she throw out my case!

So, I told judge, I start this lawsuit is not just for medical error or neigligent, I am suing people have a right to live no matter if he/she is Chinese, black or white, no matter if he'she speaks Chinese, English, French or other languages;

I made this lawsuit before,I already prepared it could happen in this way since actually this lawsuit is against government since government is not encourage people to suing hospitals and doctors for financial reason of medicare budget, but I still will continue to fight for human rights;

If I die, my family will continue to fight until we get justice done. I told her that I fight for this justice is not just for my family, I fight for all these patients died for nothing; I fight for our Chinese community since we even never had any chance to win for human rights justice passed through over hundred years!!!
