请问法庭的传票是寄给你的吗？是否有任何的回执以便确认本人将会出庭？如果搬家后未收到传票错过了开庭会有什么后果？谢谢你的回答！

If you know you have a case, you have the duty to inform the court of your right address; the motion will serve to you with the address you filed at the court by Bailiff.

Once you received a motion, most the time there has a hearing date. And you have to appeal yourself for the hearing date either by yourself or by your lawyer.

One more thing, if you move didn't recieve the court paper for the hearing date, then you have to make a motion to appeal the dicision granted with a good reason why you were unable to appeal for the on time.
