Hello,
I am a new immigrant, but i have not landing Canada. I have got the landing paper. I want to apply US university,and I have get the offer with financial support, unlucky I am failed the visa interview twice at Beijing this summer.
so I plan tp apply US visa in Canada, Is it
feasible?

it is also not that easy here except the office believe you have a connection with Canada and you will go back
