我是新房东，有一老外住客从去年12月份起就未交房租，我在1月3日就去RENT BORD 开档告他，2月4日开庭，他没去。我什么时候能收到裁决？而且不知道接下去的程序怎么样？对方没工作，无赖的QUEBECOIS一个，是否意味着我的房租就收不回来了？而且如果他不搬走，我又可以找哪个部门？请有经验的朋友帮我一下。谢谢！

Luo, you will get the result from Regie in a few days,ordering  the locataire to leave, but with that paper you still have to go to Quebec Court to change for a formal eviction order , and then send it to the locataire, best through a "huissier" (that will cost you about 40$),the eviction order will not be effective before one month ,in your case, that means the bad quebecois can still stay in your logement untill march 4, you can do nothing before that. usually, he will leave before that day, but if he refuse to go , you still have to ask huissier to force him to go, it is not you but a huissier  who can ask the police to force him out. of course, this is the extreme case, sometimes, the locataire  don't know too much about his "rights", or maybe he is nervous to see a police, your threat to call police will work.I have the same experience, I just want to tell you , be patient, and don't lose confidence  in every quebecois, your next locataire will be much better. leave your email or phone No. here, we can talk more about that. good luck and bonne courage!.

我还想请教有经验的朋友：收到REGIE DU LOGEMENT的DICISION后，到COUR DU QC申请BAILIFF有没有期限？即是有没有说一定要在多少天内到COUR DU QC申请驱逐令？
